  • You'll receive progress photos for review and feedback.

Can I commission a piece as a gift?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Original artwork

All sales on original artwork are final. We put tremendous care into packaging every piece, but if your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@therebelwild.com with: clear photos of the damage to the artwork and photos of the shipping box and packaging materials.

 

We will review your claim and work with you on a resolution. This may include a repair, store credit, or another option at our discretion. Cash refunds are not issued on original artwork.

Art prints

Prints that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect may be exchanged or credited if reported within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation. All print sales are otherwise final.

 

Apparel & accessories

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will offer an exchange for verified defects, or store credit if a replacement is unavailable. Returns are not accepted for sizing issues or change of mind, so please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

 

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
