AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Rebel Wild (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), registered in Georgia, United States, operating out of Atlanta, GA. We operate the website therebelwild.com (the “Site”) along with any other products or services that link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebel Wild concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

 

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

 

We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

 

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation, or which would subject us to any registration requirement. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and artwork (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

 

All original artwork, surface pattern designs, graphic designs, illustrations, and derivative digital works created by Carrie Steinbeck and/or Rebel Wild and sold or displayed through the Services are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Personal (or non-commercial), commercial use, licensing, or reproduction for resale in any way requires a signed licensing agreement with Rebel Wild. To inquire, contact support@therebelwild.com.

 

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in the United States and around the world.

 

Your Use of Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

 

No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. To request permission, contact: support@therebelwild.com.

 

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

 

Your Submissions

By sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, or feedback about the Services ("Submissions"), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You acknowledge that we may use any Submission for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

 

By sending Submissions, you confirm that: (a) you have read and agree with our Prohibited Activities section; (b) your Submissions are original to you and do not infringe third-party rights; and (c) your Submissions do not constitute confidential information. You are solely responsible for your Submissions.

 

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

 

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

 

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use certain features of the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

 

5. PRODUCTS

Rebel Wild offers the following types of products through the Services:

  • Original mixed-media artwork, created and hand-finished by the artist, Carrie Steinbeck

  • Art prints, produced on archival-quality materials through our print-on-demand partner(s)

  • Apparel, accessories, and home décor items

  • Commission artwork (custom original pieces by request)

  • Gift cards

 

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that colors or details on your electronic display will accurately reflect the actual product. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices are subject to change.

 

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information as needed so we can complete your transactions. All payments are in US dollars. Sales tax will be added as required by applicable law.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.

 

7. COMMISSIONS

We accept custom commission requests for original artwork. To initiate a commission, please contact us through the contact form at therebelwild.com/contact and select “Commission Art.”

 

The commission process works as follows:

  • You reach out with your concept, preferred dimensions, and project details.

  • We discuss the project and provide a quote and estimated timeline.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

  • You will receive progress photos for review and feedback.

  • Final payment is due before the piece ships.

 

Commission timelines vary depending on complexity and current availability. An honest estimate will be provided upfront. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.

 

8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy varies by product type. Please review the full breakdown below before purchasing.

 

Original Artwork

All sales on original artwork are final. We take tremendous care in packaging every piece, but if your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@therebelwild.com with: (1) clear photos of the damage to the artwork, and (2) photos of the shipping box and packaging materials. We will review your claim and work with you on a resolution, which may include a repair, store credit, or another option at our discretion. Cash refunds are not issued on original artwork.

 

Art Prints

Prints that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect may be exchanged or credited if reported within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation. All print sales are otherwise final.

 

Apparel & Accessories

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will offer an exchange for verified defects, or store credit if a replacement is unavailable. Returns are not accepted for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders.

 

9. GIFT CARDS

Rebel Wild gift cards are delivered digitally via email and may be used toward any purchase on therebelwild.com, including sale items. If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid with any accepted payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

10. ORDERS & SHIPPING

Shipping timelines vary by product type. Expected shipping timeframes are included in the product listing for each item.

 

As a general guide:

  • Original art ships within 3–4 business days to allow time for careful packaging.

  • Print-on-demand items (apparel, select prints) go into production at time of order and ship per the production timeline noted in the listing.

  • Ready-to-ship items (in-stock prints, décor) typically ship within 3–5 business days.

 

We ship to most countries worldwide. For most items, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For original artwork, international shipping pricing varies by location and piece size — please contact us before purchasing so we can provide an accurate quote.

 

For international orders: (a) customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer; (b) international delivery typically takes 10–21 business days after shipment; and (c) we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@therebelwild.com.

 

  • Original art: Changes or cancellations can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Art prints: We may be able to pause production within 12 hours of ordering. Contact us immediately.

  • Apparel and print-on-demand items: These go into production immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

 

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create a collection, database, or directory without written permission.

  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including attempts to learn sensitive account information.

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.

  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Services.

  • Use information from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material.

  • Engage in any automated use of the system, including data mining or scraping.

  • Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.

  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services.

  • Copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services.

  • Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services not authorized by us.

  • Use images, artwork, or designs from the Services for resale or commercial purposes without written permission.

  • Sell or otherwise transfer your account or profile.

 

12. USER GENERATED CONTENT & REVIEWS

We may provide areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the product or service reviewed; (2) reviews should not contain offensive, abusive, racist, or hateful language; (3) reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability; (4) reviews should not reference illegal activity; (5) you should not post false or misleading statements; and (6) you may not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

 

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. Reviews are not endorsed by us and do not necessarily represent our views. We assume no liability for any review or any claims or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, transmit, display, and distribute all content relating to the review.

 

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, including our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Such third-party sites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party content, privacy practices, or terms. If you decide to access third-party websites or purchase through them, you do so at your own risk. We do not endorse products or services offered on third-party websites.

 

14. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict, or limit the availability of any content or service at our sole discretion; and (4) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

 

15. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at therebelwild.com/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

 

16. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account and any content or information you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

 

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

 

17. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

 

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance.

 

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

 

Binding Arbitration

If the parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE COMMENCED AND CONDUCTED UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA). The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator must follow applicable law. Except where otherwise required by applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in DeKalb County, Georgia.

 

Restrictions

Any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the parties individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

 

Exceptions

The following Disputes are not subject to the above arbitration provisions: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; (b) any Dispute related to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.

 

Limitation on Time to File Claims

In no event shall any Dispute related to the Services be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in DeKalb County, Georgia.

 

20. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

 

21. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES’ CONTENT. WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS, ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, OR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR SIMILAR HARMS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

 

22. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

 

23. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.

 

24. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use. Although we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.

 

25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions.

 

26. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, message and data rates may apply as determined by your carrier and mobile plan. To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply “STOP.” For questions about our SMS communications, email us at support@therebelwild.com.

 

27. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

When engaging with the Rebel Wild community — including reviews, social media, or any community spaces associated with our brand — you agree to:

  • Engage in respectful and courteous communication at all times.

  • Avoid hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes harm based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.

  • Respect the privacy of others; do not share personal information without consent.

  • Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or irrelevant content.

  • Keep discussions relevant to the community’s purpose.

  • Credit original sources when sharing content from others.

  • Avoid sharing explicit, adult, or NSFW content.

  • Report any content or behavior that violates these guidelines.

 

Rebel Wild reserves the right to remove any content or revoke participation privileges for violations of these guidelines.

 

28. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services.
