Bind or Break reflects that fragile moment when connection begins to strain — when something could either hold together or fall apart. It’s about how the choices we make can determine whether we mend what’s cracking or let it fracture beneath the surface.
 
The past few years have tested all of us in different ways, but I believe we can rebuild from what has begun to break. Communities grow stronger when we hold one another up. Neighbors rise when we reach out instead of turning away. Kindness, after all, is contagious.
